Job Description: Network Support Analyst 1016190

There will be an expectation for some regularly scheduled on-site work. Some after-hours work may be required.

Position and/or Project Description:

Network Support Analyst. The Network Support Analyst will be responsible for the daily operations and support of the client's network infrastructure. This includes troubleshooting network issues, configuring network devices, and ensuring network security and optimal performance. The analyst will work closely with other IT teams to maintain and improve the network environment.

Resource Qualifications:

Mandatory Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent.

Desired Education/Certifications:

  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent advanced certifications.

Mandatory Experience:

  • CISCO Network hardware configuration and administration

  • DWDM/MPLS configuration and administrative experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in network support

Desired Experience:

  • Azure firewall, load balancer, and other networking infrastructure experience

  • Experience with network monitoring tools

  • Experience in a 24/7 support environment

Schedule a Performance:

  • Provide on-call support as needed.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to network improvement projects.

Deliverables:

  • Network performance reports.

  • Documentation of network configurations and changes.

  • Troubleshooting reports and resolutions.
